Birthday Party | A Chinese get together
Working with Odette from Purple Plum Parties is always a blast! The parties are magical and the kids have loads of fun.
This Chinese get together was no different and as always the décor was spectacular!
The kids started off their birthday celebrations with a Chinese braai. Each preparing their own supper on huge gas burner braais. There was a little bit of dancing and playing around and a magical party was ended with a show of flashing hoola hoops.
It was truly a night to remember!

The next hour was the hardest for me, it felt like torture. It had gotten dark and we lit candles around the bath. I was trying all different positions, but struggled to find something bearable. I had worked so hard on breathing and relaxing, but when the contractions came it was so crushing, all I could do was ride it out and wait for it to be over.
