This picture reminds me of someone ones telling me, “Be happy for no reason, like a child. If you are happy for a reason , You’re in trouble, because that reason can be taken from you.”
Made me wonder what my happiness are based on and I realised I need to work harder not to base my happiness on the people around me, my family, my kids, my work, my hubby, my surroundings, my home, what I have achieved or not achieved for the day, Oh and so many more … in order to be truly happy I need to be thankful and grateful. I need to see each thing in my life as they are, a blessing, a special gift God has chosen for me!
Like this gift with all the joy and happiness of the world in her eyes ….

I had worked so hard on breathing and relaxing, but when the contractions came it was so crushing, all I could do was ride it out and wait for it to be over.
